Mahogany Fern: Pressed root to tip at our London studio using traditional flower pressing methods, mounted on parchment 1400 micron acid-free board.
This specimen is offered unframed or framed in either of these two options:
• Dark wood frame (pictured): Depth 16mm, profile 16mm. • Slim black aluminium frame: Depth 35mm, profile 5mm.
All framing options include anti-reflective, 92% UV-protected conservation glazing to offer maximum protection from exposure to light.
We advise hanging your pressed specimens away from direct sunlight. Pressed botanicals will inevitably lose colour over time, although they will never lose their form. We like to celebrate this as part of a plant's ephemeral nature.
