Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all products in stock within 3-5 working days of your order date; orders are dispatched Monday-Thursday from our studio. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed. If you require your items sooner, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. We offer 24 hour and 48 hour tracked services, this is from the date of dispatch not the date of your order.

We ship worldwide. International orders may incur additional customs taxes. We cannot predict how much these taxes will be and it is the responsibility of the customer to cover these costs. 

TO OUR UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS: 

On 30th July 2025, the United States announced an Executive Order which detailed significant changes to the customs requirements affecting goods entering the USA from any country in the world, including the UK. From 29th August all imports regardless of value will now be subject to additional tariffs. These tariffs are calculated as a % applicable to the value of goods based on the item/s country of origin. For example, items originating in the UK, will incur a 10% tariff on the value of those items. Original artworks, including all of our pressed flower artworks and prints are exempt from these tariffs.

As a small business, we’re not able to cover international duties and customs fees ourselves, so these costs are the responsibility of the customer. We know this can sometimes be confusing, which is why we have updated our checkout to include these fees upfront — making things as simple and transparent as possible.
