Refund policy

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please email edit@jamjarflowers.co.uk explainining the issue with your order before returning your item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains your responsibility until we receive it safely back at our studio - so we advise using a tracked postal service. We can then arrange a refund as necessary. 

Many of our products are handmade using natural materials so products may vary slightly between orders. If there is any damage to your items when they arrive, please notify us immediately and we will replace them as soon as possible.
