For the past 15 years, Tif Hunter has been using the 19th century wetplate collodion technique, making images on metal full of tonal richness and subtle simplicity. 

Embracing the medium’s inherent analogue accidents, these unique tintypes celebrate the beauty of imperfection - their wabi sabi. 

In a world of ever more digital and computer enhanced imagery, these photographs return us to the un-retouched truth.
