We specialise in creating pressed botanical artworks for both private and commercial clients, as well as producing small-batch artisanal homewares and lifestyle products. We work on a wide variety of creative projects including exhibitions, installations, events and workshops.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join our tight-knit team of skilled florists and artists. Both administrative and creative, this dynamic role involves overseeing and continuously improving the operational backbone of JamJar Edit. We are looking for someone with the desire to drive the business forward and ensure the smooth running of our diverse studio. The position will suit someone who is adaptable and self-motivated, who will enjoy playing a crucial role in the growth of an exciting brand and working in a creative and supportive environment where no two days are the same.

This is a full-time role (adaptable to part-time depending on the applicant) based at our South London studio, located in one of three cobbled Dickensian artists' yards in Kennington.

Project Management - Manage creative projects and bespoke artwork commissions, from initial enquiry to final delivery.

Inventory & Supplier Management - Conduct monthly stock-takes and manage inventory, liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues efficiently.

E-Commerce & Shipping - Manage order fulfilment, liaising with couriers and shipping providers, troubleshooting any delivery issues and maintaining clear communication with customers.

Marketing & Design - Carry out design and layout tasks for sales catalogues, client presentations and marketing materials, including products and packaging; assist with content creation for newsletters and socials.

General Studio & Administrative Support - Maintain an organised studio environment, ensuring artworks, archives and materials are stored with care. Organise and minute weekly team meetings, manage studio inbox and staff schedules.

  • Experience in e-commerce fulfilment, logistics and studio co-ordination.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Photoshop and Canva (or other design softwares). Basic design skills essential.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A team player and confident communicator who is creative, efficient and proactive.
  • A keen interest in flowers, botanical art and homewares.

Everyone in our team brings something different to the table; everyone’s ideas are valued. This role is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our small team at JamJar Edit.
